Acid Acceptance Stabilizator for DOWPER™ MC

The chlorinated solvents have a tendency to deteriorate under unstable conditions, therefore the suitable stabilizator must be added to protect the solvent on the surface process and for long term usage.

In close degreasing machines, the high stress on the perchloroethylene caused by the cooling oils, metal salts and other contaminations causes the stabilizator system to deteriorate. Therefore the solvent shall be tested with MAXICHECK™ AA Test Kit once a week to determine the acid acceptance capacity (AAC) . The MAXISTAB™ DJ-1n amount determined according to the test results shall be added to the solvent.
